  1. I’ve been easing into the AIP for the last 2-3 months and still am not 100% compliant with it, but I will be completely on plan within the next month. I don’t plan to reintroduce anything until my symptoms are mostly subsided, however long that takes. It’s so helpful to read about your experience. I struggle a lot with fatigue, insomnia, and acne, among other things, so it is good to know the diet helped you so much.

      Thanks for leaving me a note about your experience on the protocol so far! Sounds like you are on the right track. I was surprised how quick my progress was once I decided to go 100%, as hard as it was. Acne was the first thing to go, followed by some sneaky autoimmune symptoms and finally the fatigue.   2. I am on day 28 and have been compliant. I think it was easier for me because I was eating relatively Gluten free – i had to stop eating rice (grain,pasta, flour), not sure if that was were my bloatiness was from, but I noticed the difference within a week.
    I guess I am waiting for that Ahha moment to know if I should begin the re-introducing. Maybe TMI but bowel movements have never been daily, and I now noticed I am more frequent.
    I feel more energetic, sleeping more and more without the 3pm wakeups. I guess I am hesitant to stop AIP.
